Can I cancel originated ACH payment?

Yes, an Admin, Restricted, or Operations user in your Organization can cancel an ACH payment, but only if it has the status of Pending or Pending Review (see ACH Status documentation). This is available to you via the Dashboard, on the Payment Resource, and via API.
