Does Unit or the bank send a denial letter to the applicant when their application is denied?

  • No, Unit or the bank partner does not sent a denial letter to the applicant.
  • Customers should receive a notification regarding their application status but this notification does not come from Unit.
  • The application status is updated in real time, however it is up to how you will like to communicate with your customers on when they are approved or denied.
