Can check deposits be accepted from a Canadian bank?

Checks can be accepted from a Canadian bank only if they have a U.S. routing number.
If they do not have a U.S. routing number, the check will not be accepted.
If there is a check that states payable in U.S. funds and it has a Canadian routing number, it will be automatically rejected.
