What should we do if a third-party vendor is requesting additional account verification?

  • Account verification may be required when a customer is opening a line of credit or approval for a mortgage, etc. Unit Support can then request a bank verification letter from the partner bank to validate the customer account. 
  • Bank verification letters are provided within 1-2 business days. 
  • If the third-party vendor is requiring an official form that is not a bank verification letter to be filled out by a bank representative, Unit Support can request for the form to be filled by the partner bank. These forms are provided within 2-3 business days.
