What information is required if there has been a name change for a business on an account?

  • If the customer has been approved and would like to change the name of the LLC then the following is required: 
  • If they have legally changed the name, we will need a name change amendment for the business reflecting the move from one name to the other-Certificate of Assumed name or similar.  The exact document will vary depending on the state the business is incorporated in.
