How can I find out why an application was denied? Can my customer re-apply?


  • In the Unit Dashboard, you can find evaluation flags and more information about why the application was denied. Reach out to Unit Support if you need more details. 
  • Denied applications can be re-reviewed by our team, and you can make a request for denial override to Unit Support. However, note that applications will not be overridden if the four know-your-customer (“KYC”) checks are not successful: name, date of birth, social security number, and address.
