Negative balance coverage

As explained in our docs here, Negative Balance Coverage funds are automatically pulled from the Client's reserve account (not revenue acct). 

We don't notify users when accounts go negative. 

Clients can track balances on their end via the transaction.created webhook event and create their own notification system.

Accounts are automatically closed after 60 days
