There are currently four roles: ReadOnly No PII, ReadOnly, Restricted, and Admin. The definitions are viewable when creating a new Dashboard user.
Brief Overview of each role:
Readonly No PII
Can access and view most of the resource types in the system (aside from sensitive personal data). No create/update access. No access to Org Settings.
Readonly
Can access and view most of the resource types in the system. No create/update access. No access to Org Settings.
Restricted
Can access and view most of the resource types in the system (aside from sensitive personal data). No create/update access. No access to Org Settings. Can view other Org Users. Can freeze and close accounts, and cancel a payment in pending/pending review status.
Admin
Can access and view most of the resource types in the system (aside from sensitive personal data). No create/update access. Can access and change Org Settings. Can view other Org Users, change their password, and update their access. Can freeze and close accounts, cancel a payment in pending/pending review status.
Operations
This role is designed for a new type of users: client operation teams.
Users with the Org Operations role will be authorized to perform operational tasks defined by their org policy.
Users with the Org Operations role are authorized to perform all actions related to the application review process, such as approving, denying, updating information, and resubmitting applications or application documents.
