- If an account was closed for "Fraud" or "By Bank"- we cannot reopen an account and we should consult with BSA team.
- If an account was closed for "Negative Balance" or "By Customer" and it has been less than 30 days since the closure we can reopen the account and respond with a "Reopen Account" macro.
- If it is more than 30 days, the account can't be reopened automatically and KYC verification should be rerun. Please respond with "Reopen account after KYC rerun".
