The Check Deposit tab will display all checks submitted to your organization by all customers.
Checks can be filtered by the search field, the status, or the timeframe.
Checks can be located in two ways within the search field:
1.) If you are looking for a specific check, it can be located with the check number ID.
2.) The customer ID or account ID can be used to view all checks submitted by one customer.
When clicking into the check, all of the check details will be viewable including the check image itself (front and back)!
In the event, the check is rejected, you can view the rejection details. If you require further information, reach out to Unit Support.
If you are interested in viewing all of your check data you can do so by clicking on the Export arrow!
