- Any updates to the personal information of an individual applicant (Name, Address, Date of Birth, Phone, Email) or the business information of a business applicant has to be requested via the Unit Support team.
- If an applicant is inquiring about the status of an application, you can inform them of the status, and upload documents on their behalf or the applicant can follow the application flow and upload documents.
- Additionally, you have the option to cancel the application on behalf of the applicant in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
