Any updates or mistype errors to the personal information of an individual applicant (Name, Address, Date of Birth, Phone, Email) or the business information of a business applicant is requested via the Unit Support team.
- If an applicant is interested in changing the business type from Sole Prop to LLC/Corporation or Business to Sole Prop they will need to resubmit a new application. KYC will be run again.
- If an applicant is inquiring about the status of an application, you can inform them of the status, and upload documents on their behalf or the applicant can follow the application flow and upload documents.
- Additionally, you have the option to cancel the application on behalf of the applicant in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
