How can we monitor disputes?

  • Proactively monitor the disputes tab in the dashboard or the disputes section for individual customers if you are interested in a particular customer. 
  • When a dispute is created or updated, we send updates via webhooks events, you can build on top of this such as alerting you on conditions you are interested in such as if a particular submits a large number of disputes or if they are over a certain amount, etc.
