All disputes submitted from the customer to Visa will appear in the Dispute section of the dashboard.
The default status of how disputes appear is in the following order: Investigation Started, Provisionally Credited, Denied, Resolved Lost, Resolved Won. For further information on each of these refer to the Disputes Guide.
Clicking on the Status tab will provide the potential dispute statuses to filter by. If you select all, it will show all of the dispute types, if you select Investigation Started it will only display the disputes that have been recently submitted and are still being investigated.
