- If an ACH payment has gone through successfully and no longer is in Pending or Pending Review status. The ACH can be requested for a reversal if the following conditions are met:
- 1.) ACH reversal requests can only be reviewed under 5 days from the transaction creation date.
- 2.) ACH reversal requests need to comply with NACHA rules.
- 3.) In compliance with NACHA rules, it has to be within the reversal time frame and satisfy reversal reasons. If these conditions are not met, the customer will need to work with the counterparties to resolve.
