- Applications requiring a selfie verification have to be completed by the customer. If the status of the selfie changes to invalid after submission, the reason will be displayed to the left of the documentation added. As displayed below, the submission will state invalid, and hovering over the information icon will indicate the issue with the selfie.
- If the documentation attached with the selfie does not suffice, refer to the list of supported documents supported by Vouched and to the corresponding list of acceptable ID documents by applicant type and nationality specified on the End Customer Applications guide. The customer will need to resubmit their selfie.
- If the resubmission of the selfie is not successful, your engineering team will need to pass this to this endpoint.
