How do I add additional users to CPI?

  • Only admins can add additional users to provide them access to CPI.
  • When you log into CPI, in the top right corner, under Personalization Solutions=> Administration=>Manage Users=> Create New User and add their information.
  • If you are still having difficulty, Unit Support can assist.
