How do I submit a ticket?

If you are looking for any assistance with customer applications, accounts, transactions, cards, product settings, technical errors, or other inquiries you can reach out to us! 


Here is how: 

1.) Complete a support form via the Support website:

2.) Email this will automatically create a support ticket in Zendesk

3.) Within the Slack channel, use the ticket icon to create a Zendesk ticket 


Unit Support will review the ticket upon submission. If you are interested in keeping track of all your tickets, we highly recommend signing in with your email and using the Support website.
