- Unit requires that you enable your customers to activate their cards via your app or website. Simply follow the instructions here. Please note that virtual cards are active as soon as they are created.
- Your customers can also call the toll-free number on the back of their cards and follow the voice prompts. To learn more about the toll-free number your customers can use, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
